Kasia turned 5 month today. She’s such a snuggle and lovable baby. She even laughs when daddy or mommy plays hard with her such as kissing on her tummy or play peek a boo with her. She would laugh and keep kicking her legs and swing her body if she’s in the jumper, or when we try to let her sit and play with her, she would just fall back since her legs can try to kick. She just makes our day and melts our heart, very sweet baby.

Charlott cried sad when daddy left for work and since then was wandering around stairs and pulling things out of closet , yoga mat, shoes. mommy told her would take her out later but had to wait for meimei because she’s sleeping. Charlott spent like almost couple hours waiting mommy and was laying on the stairs. That’s what she does when she is unhappy or bored. She would pretend she’s snoring and sleeping while laying there too.

We went to play station eventually and Mommy forgot wallet. However, thanks to God, they let us in for free. It was $1 day. Auntie Emily and Sophia and Landon were there too. They took Charlott to play with them. Kasia popped through her outfit when we got there. Thanks to God that there was a spare one in the diper bag and it’s 0-3mo but fitted her perfectly. Lord saved Mommy’s day!

Kasia loves sleeping on her tummy these days as she learned to roll herself over. She has been sleeping on her tummy over night, though doctors always say not to do it, but I am happy to see that she doesn’t need to put much pressure on the back of her head. She slept so much today, until around noon. Mommy was sleepy and just slept through the morning until Charlotte really wanted to get up. Charlotte was up early but still laid with us or sometimes went find things to do. She must have gotten so hungry and just wanted to get off the bed and had mommy get up too. Mommy got some grapes for her and she ate them all, and then ate five dumplings, and was trying to get the bowl as empty as she could. Later mommy was going to have lunch and she took Mommy’s bowl and just sat there and ate for a long time. Such and hungry and poor girl.

We walked to daddy’s work. Kasia was able to sit in the push car so well. She made mommy easier because the carrier was in the car and daddy drove to work. On way back home Kasia felt asleep again. She slept again at night before mommy went to BSF. When I got home she’s at night sleep again. She must be at grow spurt.

When daddy was changing Charlotteas poopy diaper, she didn’t want daddy to wipe her and kept kicking and crying. But after everything is done she said “爸爸厉害 , daddy is awesome” .

We went to the park since it was warm with Emi and Stacie, later on auntie Emily’s joined us with cousins. Charlotte climbed up to the playground and slided down. Every time she climbed up she turned to mommy and said “momny mommy, Charlotte 厉害 awesome” with a thumb up . After sliding down, she got up and said to mommy again ” Charlotte 厉害” with her thumb up.

Charlotte is 2 and 5 months, also Thanksgiving day. We went to uncle Jesse and auntie Pin’s house this year. Everyone had a good time. Charlotte loved playing with coisins. Kasia was so smiley and Peggy relized how smiley kasia was before we were leaving and took some pictures of her.

Charlotte was singing and hand dancing Baby Shark song during sleep the other night.Daddy said, since mommy didn’t realize Charlotte came over to our room during the night. When Charlotte played s with rice, mommy got mad and asked her to let mommy spank her. She’s so cute and repeated “打屁股” after mommy and kept spanking herself. She made mommy want to laugh instead of being mad.

When mommy asks Charlotte if she loves daddy, mommy, grandparents. She will say 爱妈妈妹妹love mommy sister,爱爸爸妹妹 love daddy sister ，always needs to include Kasia. She loves everyone so much and always kiss daddy, mommy and Kasia when mommy ask her to do it. She says I love you , love Daddy/Mommy/sister every day.

Kasia is rolling herself quite well now. She would roll over when she wakes up in bed. She likes to grab whatever nearby to cover herself up like she aways does. When someone finds her she would be so happy and kicking like 手舞足蹈. She is able to stand a little too by the stand up toy. Kasia has been sleeping early and get up early too, like 7am or 8am, but she’s good and lay in bed for couple hours playing by herself.

Kasia can stand a little bit with some support. Today Stacie came over with Emi, so mommy brought up the activity table that’s been sitting in the basement and Kasia tried it and was able to hold it and stand. Charlotte loved playing with Kasia on that toy and would sometimes kiss on her forehead. Kasia got up early like 7am and took a nap at around 11am. She pulled the blanket over to cover herself when mommy went in the room to check on her and was sweating all over like she just washed her hair.

Charlotte tried to sit on the exersaucer and couldn’t get out. Mommy asked if she needed help and asked her to say ” i love you mommy”, she did, I asked her to say ” i love you daddy, I love you meimei” and she did. then I asked her to say love mommy in Chinese. she said them all. She’s so cute.

Daddy said when Charlott was sleeping, she wake daddy up when she heard siren and said 警车怕怕( police car, scared).

Kasia is able to sit and roll over now. She rolled over and got stuck between crib and the twin size bed, thn crying ( daddy said ). The first time she was able to sit was last Sunday when we were at Emily’s house. Today she’s string more and for longer in her crib. But when you play with her she would be so excited and fall down. Mommy tried to put Kasia to sleep before 9pm and left the room before she fell asleep. She was awake the whole time until daddy went in to get Charlotte changed. Kasia pulled her towel to cover her head and was kicking her feet when daddy saw her. She was in the room for like 30min without being fussy. Kasia is quite a good baby. She would wake up early in the morning and plays by herself in bed before mommy realize it. It’s usually around daddy’s work time. When she gets someone’s attention she’s always so excited and smiled as melting our hearts. She’s such a happy baby just like Charlotte when she was little.

We bought a kid scooter for Charlotte because she likes to play with cousin’s scooters. She couldn’t wait to ride. When the scooter fell down, she fell on the floor with it on purpose.

Charlotte has been picking her nose so much and when she’s got booger she comes to us and say ” daddy daddy daddy bi ti 鼻涕”, and come to mommy say ” mommy mommy mommy bi ti”. She’s confused with 鼻屎 and 鼻涕. She always starts with mommy mommy when she tries to say something these days . She really melts daddy and mommy’s heart, just such a cute and precious baby.

We went to auntie Emily’s house after church and had the cake that daddy made on Saturday. Charlotte ate her plate clean. She pooped 3 times. 1st time daddy went home to change and came back to auntie’s house for only a few minutes, Charlotte pooped again. Daddy went back home again get her changed , then came back to auntie’s house. Daddy was like : if Charlotte pooped again, you’ll need to take care of it, said to mommy. Then daddy went back to make ground pork to make dumplings. Charlotte pooped again, mommy was so sad since mommy didn’t like changing diapers especially poopy ones.

Daddy started making dumpings at night and Charlotte wsnted to help so eagerly, was helping daddy to spoon and tap water on the skin to make wontons to close well. She would start making wontons herself and follow the procedure that daddy did.

We went to library today and got back home at 1pm. We were all hungry and mommy was too just trying to cook and also prepare chicken soup for the night. Charlotte wanted Mama and wanted to “help”. Mama almost ran out of patient and asked Charlotte to stay in the toys room and out her in the chair. Charlotte sat on the round chair for a long time, reading a book and playing by herself.

Charlotte picks her nose and had some chunks from her nose and always hands over to Mama and says ” Charlotte 的鼻屎?” it sounds more like “鼻涕” but 鼻屎 is what she’s trying to say I think. Daddy told Mama that Charlotte rubbed her booger into a round one and gave to him.

Kasia was quite at the library during learn and play. She grabbed a scarf too and held it tight. When Mama tried to take it out of her she cried. Kasia plays well with Charlotte. Charlotte entertains her when Kasia sits in the exersaucer.

Mama picked both of their ears tonight and they seemed to enjoy it.

Charlotte and Kasia both pooped a lot today. Charlotte had three poopy diapers and Kasia had one huge one that got all over her clothes and also on mommy’s when I held her up from high chair. We all took a bath today because of the poop. Mama tried to hand wash Kasia’s clothes but they still got stains on them. Charlotte was able to tell Mama when she had poop. She would say Charlott 换臭臭 when she needs to be changed. When Mama was changing her today she was laying down and saying ” Charlotte 臭臭 yikey”. She’s so smart and cute.

She likes to eat dried cranberries and keeps wanting more since daddy opened it for her. She got the animal crackers again today and played with it for a while since Mama asked her not to eat, but she eventually ate them. Mommy got mad and took her to the room and asked Charlott to stay there for 3 minutes. She kept talking to Mama so nicely and was happy like nothing happened although Mama asked her to stay in the room. She didn’t come out and just sticking her head out bubbling trying to get attention. It’s hard to get mad at her when she’s that cute.

Charlott used the white trash can as her stool to reach the hallway light switch the past two nights and fell off bumped her head both times and cried so hard, though mommy already warned her the first time she fell off.

Kasia takes long naps this week. She took like 4 hours today. We had daylight saving over the weekend but Kasia is not adjusted yet and goes to bed quite early. Last night was before 8pm and tonight was a little late but that was after a long nap. She got up early in the morning though. When daddy gets up in the morning I see she’s awake too a lot but just plays on the bed herself.

Charlotte learned to count her fingers using daddy, mommy, brother, sister, baby, just like the finger family song and would follow by singing the baby shark song. She’s so smart and saying more and more words each day.

We had a movie night over the weekend. Kids watched in the basement from the projector and adults watched (Logan) upstairs. Charlotte got scared by a cartoon and was crying. But she had fun watching with other kids most of time. Both Kasia and Charlotte went sleep before everyone left and both slept so well as they always do.

Charlotte is able to use chopsticks to eat noodles too.she likes to wear a rubber band around her palm.

Kasia was too fussy yesterday when we went for lunch with auntie Emily’s family after church. She cried throughout the meal time, nothing could calm her down. When we came home she slept for over 3 hours . She took a long nap today too, about 3 hours.

Charlotte learned to put her hands in the pocket. It’s cold now going out.
